LZOM OPEN WATER MIST NOZZLE is composed of nozzle body, micro nozzles, swirl inserts, filter and other parts. Water at a certain pressure enters the nozzle, discharging from the tiny hole on the nozzles at a high speed, which creates strong friction with the surrounding air, and the water flow is torn to form a fine water mist at a certain angle. Compared with other nozzles, it can reduce the spray intensity of fire extinguishing and fire control, and the water consumption is less.

The nozzle is an important component of water mist fire fighting system. It can quickly cool the temperature of the fire scene through a large number of water mist droplets, and the evaporated water vapor can also isolate oxygen and weaken radiant heat to control or extinguish fire.

The maximum angle for water mist nozzles is 360 degrees because they can be designed with some micro nozzles. However, sometimes wide spray angle won’t help with fire fighting. It is recommended to communicate with our engineers before determining the suitable spray angle.
