Inspection In The Process
1)First-Piece inspection for products and also machine to check all of the sizes. If the First-Piece is qualified, bulk production can be proceeded:If the First-Piece is not qualified, modify the equipment and product property first before bulk production.
2)During bulk production, technician will perform self-inspection of all sizes; QC management will do In-line Inspection; Technician will check for each other. -

LANZHONG insists on delivering only high-quality nozzle, therefore we promise to do 100% inspection of every nozzle in every batch.All of the key factors of water mist nozzle, kitchen fire nozzle, FM200nozzle, Novec 1230 Nozzle and other fire fighting nozzles, cleaning nozzles etc will be strictly inspected. The inspected factors include but not limited to : K factor, spray angle, spray pattern, flow rate, screw etc.
